If you need a replacement ID card, follow these steps:
1. Contact your insurance carrier
- You can call the carrier directly to:
- Confirm that your enrollment has been processed
- Obtain your member ID number
- Request a temporary ID card or access your ID digitally (if available)
2. Check for digital ID cards
- Many insurance carriers provide digital ID cards through their website or mobile app. You may be able to log in and download your ID card immediately.
