How do I pay for my COBRA coverage?

Currently, payments for COBRA coverage can only be made via check or money order. Follow these instructions to ensure your payment is processed correctly:

   • Make your check or money order payable to Cobra Control Services, LLC.
2. Mailing instructions:
   • Send your payment via regular U.S. mail only.
   • Do not send payments using certified, registered, or express mail. The P.O. Box cannot accept these delivery methods, and your payment may not be considered timely.

Important notes

• Ensure your payment is sent on time to avoid any disruption in coverage.
• Include your account details (e.g., name, reference number) to ensure proper processing. Payment coupons will be sent to you upon receipt & processing of your election form. You may include your payment coupon with your check.
